CQC Grappling teaches the Close Quarter Combat Grappling system - MMA, submission grappling and ethical self-defence designed to work within Canadian law - at 88 Simcoe St N in Oshawa. The club offers small-group (6-8 students) and private beginner-friendly classes, plus open sparring time and rehab/recovery programs. The flexible schedule includes evening classes from 4 pm and late-night classes Monday to Thursday for shift workers, running as late as 3:30 am. The first class is free.
