Musubi Dojo teaches Goshinkan Chokusin Aiki jujutsu, a modern Japanese-rooted martial art focused on street self-defence. At the Oshawa dojo, in the basement of St. Matthew's Anglican Church at 135 Wilson Rd S, instruction covers striking, standing and ground grappling, chokes, joint locks, pressure-point tactics and traditional weapons training, with pressure testing through sparring. Students of all experience levels are welcome, including beginners, and the first class is free. The dojo is registered with the World Kobudo Federation.
